Also known as disodium hydrogen orthophosphate dodecahydrate, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, sodium hydrogene dibasic. It is a white powder that is highly hygroscopic and water soluble. It is therefore used commercially as an anti-caking additive in powdered products.
