What is IsoButyl Acetate? It is a common solvent produced from the esterification of isobutanol with acetic acid. It is used as a solvent for lacquer and nitrocellulose. Like many esters it has a fruity or floral smell at low concentrations and occurs naturally in raspberries, pears and other plants. At higher concentrations the odour can be unpleasant and cause adverse reactions. Isobutyl acetate has three isomers: n-butyl acetate, tert-butyl acetate, and sec-butyl acetate, which are also common solvents.

Consistent Quality: We provide only high-quality IsoButyl Acetate 99% ensuring reliable and consistent performance for all applications.

Sourced and bottled using non-toxic, chemical-resistant containers, ensuring reliable quality for our customers.

Glass Winchester Bottle: Available in 500ml, 1L and 2.5L pack sizes. Our Glass Winchester bottles can store chemicals that may be sensitive to light due to filtering potentially harmful UV rays. Bottles are durable, versatile and perfect for storing products in the chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
