What is Zinc Chloride? It is an inorganic compound, with the chemical formula ZnCl₂, typically found as white or colourless, crystalline solids, and is highly soluble in water. It is hygroscopic, meaning it readily absorbs moisture from the air, and can even be deliquescent, meaning it absorbs enough moisture to dissolve in the absorbed water.
